How to submit?

Log in the $ev_type0. If the applicant has previously attended another postsecondary institution prior to their current one stated in Part D, complete the necessary fields in $ev_type.

Step 1 Fill the necessary fields in $ev_type4
Step 2 Upload proofs as PDF format via upload button #$ev_id
