Feeding America

Feeding America is the nation’s largest domestic hunger-relief organization, operating an extensive network of member food banks, food pantries, and meal programs across the US. The organization rescues billions of pounds of surplus food from manufacturers, retailers, and farmers each year to distribute to individuals experiencing food insecurity. Through nationwide hunger research, disaster relief response, and federal food policy advocacy, Feeding America works to eliminate hunger across the country.
