Water.org

Water.org is an international non-profit organization dedicated to bringing safe water and sanitation to people living in poverty through accessible financing. Co-founded by Gary White and Matt Damon, the organization created the WaterCredit initiative to mobilize commercial microfinance loans for household water taps and toilets. By proving that low-income families can finance their own water solutions, Water.org breaks down systemic barriers to safe sanitation across the globe.
