J-1 intern Malthus visited his relatives in Boise, Idaho. Besides being able to spend time with his relatives, he was able to experience a less-Metropolitan US city and the way of life there. It was very eye-Opening because of the weekend activities, the way people talked, and the pace of life were all very different from what he was used to.
