Overview

CTA “L” Train is Chicago’s rapid transit rail system operating the Red, Blue, Brown, Green, Orange, Pink, Purple, and Yellow Lines. The network connects Downtown Chicago with neighborhoods throughout the city and provides direct rail service to O’Hare International Airport via the Blue Line and Midway International Airport via the Orange Line. Riders can pay using Ventra, contactless bank cards, or mobile wallets.
